Welcome to this year's (and the third annual) Pay it Forward giveaway!

This year we're going to do things a little bit differently to maximize the holiday spirit and spread as much cheer as possible.

How is it going to be different, you ask? Well, there are different ways to earn entries.

EARNING ENTRIES Please don't ping me unless you have a question. 1) Nominate another user. You can only nominate one user a day. You'll also have to decide where their entry goes. 2) Be nominated by another user! You can only be nominated once per day. If you're nominated more than that, it won't earn you an entry. 3) Enter a user with an empty or partially full tree into the tree-gifting pool. Do not ping them to this, since I'd like it to remain a secret. While you can submit multiple people each day, you will only get one entry per day for nominating for the gift pool. Once a user's tree is filled up or the day is over, whichever comes last, they will be removed from the tree-gifting pool. Put what you'd like your entry to go toward at the bottom of your post. 4) Give to users in the tree-gifting pool! There will be a link to profiles with trees that are empty of partially filled. You can earn one entry per person in the pool that you gift. In order to prevent people from cheating, you will have to provide a screencap of you sticking a gift under said user's tree. Please PM me a link to these screencaps, and try to send all of your screencaps at once so my inbox isn't flooded with them throughout the day. Send what you'd like your entries to go toward in the same message.

While I do not expect you to give wishlist items for players who only have expensive items on their wishlist, they are strongly encouraged on behalf of the season of giving. Giving inexpensive items is fine, but if you give obvious junk, you will not be awarded an entry.

5) Gift the user above you! Just make a little post saying that you're gifting the person above. You must gift a wishlist item and send it openly. Do not put it under their tree. You can only earn one entry per day this way, to prevent more wealthy players from having a monopoly. List what you'd like your entry to go toward at the bottom of your post!

OTHER RULES/NOTES This giveaway will be run from now to December 23rd, 11:59 PM subeta time.

The individual with the most entries will win the first placement prize, the individual with the second most entries will win the second placement prize and the individual with the third most entries will win the third placement prize. If there's a tie for any place, random.org will be used to the decide the winner with the loser(s) either getting or competing in a drawing for the next highest placement prize.

Update, guys! Okay, I updated the prize pool since we got some new items contributed. I also have updated the layout of the prizes so they don't take as much space. Everything listed is up for grabs, but some items will be paired or grouped together. The paired or grouped items will be mentioned, otherwise it's a one-per-one basis. There's a link to the running entries in the prize post. I will be updating on a page-by-page basis.

Yes you can! While you guys obviously won't be able to put gifts under trees just yet, you can start nominating users that will occupy day 1's gifting pool. And gifting the user above will count for your entries as well. (Just list what item you want your claim to go for at the bottom of your post).
